Costs £ 3.57 + VAT and is normally within five working days on receipt of order, if the items are in stock, although please allow up to ten days. Costs £6.95. The order must be received by 1pm Monday to Friday. Please note any orders received on a Saturday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. For delivery on Saturday, an extra cost of £12 will be incurred and we will contact you should this be the case. We offer a full refund guarantee on faulty items. Products must be returned in the original condition, not worn and in original packaging. Your refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s) and postage costs will also be reimbursed. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for returns. Cooling-off Period
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
